About Us

Polaris is the North Star that helps travelers find their way. We’re injury advocates who dedicate our lives to helping you get back to yours.

Injuries can leave you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and confused. Polaris Injury Law provides clarity and reassurance throughout the personal injury claim process, letting you focus on your path to recovery.

With over 50 years of combined experience, we’ve served over 6,000 clients to ensure their legal right to maximum compensation from the insurance companies, corporations, and individuals responsible for their injuries. Our goal is to answer any questions you may have and give you the clarity you need about your situation and how to proceed.

The claims process requires you to:

  • Accurately file a claim
  • Discern every step of filing a lawsuit and evade pitfalls
  • Understand recovery time constraints
  • Accurately evaluate your medical bills, pain, and suffering
  • Identify potential resources that can help you

Insurance companies have attorneys well-versed in the law and will often try to limit or deny paying for some or all aspects of your claim. While they may offer to settle your claim, they will not tell you what you are actually entitled to under the law. We are advocates who have your best interest in mind. We can accurately evaluate your medical bills, pain, and suffering, and help you every step of the way to maximize your opportunities to receive just compensation.

Polaris Injury Law specializes in handling car, motorcycle, and truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, assault, wrongful death, and other types of catastrophic injury cases. We serve the greater Seattle area and Washington state.
